3M Scotchcal Reflective Striping Tape is a reflective film which is intended to provide light reflective properties in darkness. The 1/8 inch wide sizes are used to create single stripe patterns in order to match existing stripes or to create original striping designs on vehicles (the tape resists gasoline and chemicals). These tapes are also known as the Scotchlite Reflective Film Series 680 products and they can help improve safety and nighttime visibility. Primary uses include commercial vehicle, marine, railroad and bus graphics; sign graphics; and pinstriping (great for motorcycle helmets). The 1/2 inch and 1 inch wide black film, which reflects whitish/tan at night when hit by light, has a typical coefficient of retroreflection of 30. Meets NFPA requirements.
